About Me

I am located in Anfield, Liverpool, and as a fully qualified Person-Centred counsellor, I provide a confidential, non-judgmental safe space for individuals seeking therapy and support either face to face or remote. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and client care. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I strive to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth and well-being.


 

I am qualified to Foundation Degree in Counselling Theory and Practice and I am currently completing my Bachelors of Science in Trauma Counselling and Child and Adolescent Counselling. I have previously worked at Healthbox CIC, a counselling charity taking NHS referrals and with Place2Be as a school counsellor so have experience in:

I work  mostly with talking therapy but also work creatively from play, sand play, drawing, painting, writing and music.
